1.  Queen and Princess Serenity were known as Selenity in the Manga.  Princess Selenity kiled herself after seeing Endymion perish. In the anime she was killed by Mattllia ,along with Endymion.

2.  In the manga, Beryl's henchmen were  orginally Prince Endymion's guardians. They were reborn in the future like the Soldiers and fell under her infulence again. After they were defeated they became stones. In a few instances they spoke to Endymion, to provide advice.  Beryl's backstory was also dealt with more. She was an Earth noble that sold her soul to Queen Mattila. She loved the Prince deeply. She was reborn on Earth and came into Mattilla's service yet again.

3.  Zoycite was not as girlish in the manga and  there really aren't any romantic undertones between him and Kunzite.  Nephrite did not fall in love with Neru in the manga.

4.  In the manga, Sailor Venus like in the anime was a soldier first ( she  had her own Manga series that Sailor Moon was actually a spin off of ) , .  When she first arrived she was beleived to be Princess Selenity. Usagi was revealed to be the true Princess. Venus was just a red herrng. However she was the leader of the Sailor Soldiers under the Princess. Venus was later given a sword on the Moon Kingdom.  She was far less Dizy than the anime proteayed her

5.  Sailor Mars was not boy crazy like she was in the anime. She actually perfered not to date and simply wantsedto fight along with her friends This was due to her father neglecting her family for politics ( most iinportantly her mother, who died of cancer). Raye was  more soft spoken in the manga and did not fight with Usagi.

6.  Mamoru  did not black out as Tuxedo Kamen in the manga. He always knew about his secret idenity.  His backstory about losing his memory as a kid and searching for the Crystal for the princess, was kept more or less the same. He never broke up with Usagi once they got together. He never throws a rose in the manga. He had his own attack. He also had the ability to heal people. Mamuro was only 16 at the beginning of the Manga. In the Anime he was already in college.

7.  Usagi started out  ditzy and irresposnsible in the Manga, as w el as the anime. She matured a lot quicker in the Managa than she did in the Anime. She  took her role as Sailor Moon very seriously by the second half of the Beryl arch.

8.. Chibi-Usa was actually 900 yeard old  in the Manga .  Her growth was stunted for some unknown reason. Peopke from Crystal Tokyo had imortality. Once  her Sailor Soldier powers were awakened, her growth would finally be allowed to continue.

9..  Pluto played the same role in  the manga. However she died stopping time during the Black Moon arch.  She later was reborn in the past as Susanta. Once her powers became awakened, so did her memories. In the anime she stopped time at the end of S and disapeared to be punished. She reapeared during Stars with baby Hotaru.

10. Several Henchman did not become good in the Manga like they did in the anime.  Only the Amazone Quartet  and the spirits of Beryl's generals became good in the end. Althoughj Galaxia seemed repentent before she died. In the anime  Neprite, the Four Sisters,  Safir,  Diamonde, , Tomoe,  the  Amazon Trio, the Amazone Quatet, and Nehellenia ended up becoming good. 

11. In the Manga, the Amzon Quartet were really Chibi-Usa's future protecors and Sailor Soldiers themselves. They were the Sailor Quartet ( or Asteriod Senshi). Nehelelhenia put them under her control until  Sailor Moon was able to restore them to normal. They went back into slumber until the time came for Chibi-Usa to stand on her own as a soldier.  They woke up to accompany Chibi-Usa during th final battle of the manga.

12. Galaxia  was a Sailor Soldier from a small planet that sought power via the Star Seeds. Before she died she realized Sailor Moon was a good person.  In the anime Galaxia was a heroic Sailro Soldier that bounded Sailor Chaos into herself. This resulted in Chaos possessing her. She was set free by Usagi.

13  In the Manga Chibi Chibi was  actually Sailor Cosmos in disguese. The future version of Sailor Moon who fough for good againt Sailor Chaos. She wanted  Usagi to destory the galaxy caulderon (to destory Chaos for good). But Usagi convinced her that by destorying the cualdron she would also destory good.  In the anime, Chbi-Chibi is Sailor Galaxia Star Seed.  She escaped when Chaos took over Galaxia. She wanted Sailor Moon to Kill Galaxia. But Usagi wanted to free Galaxia from Chaos' power.

14.  In the anime the Sailor Starlights were physcially males in their civilan forms. They changed into female when they became Sailor Soldiers.  In the manga,  the starlights never hid physcalyl as males. They are always female, they just pretended to be male ( the Starlights in the anime are probably also hiding , but they are hiding physcially as males)/

15. The Anime ended with Usagi and Mamoru kissing in the moonlight. The Manga ended with King Endyimon and Neo Queen Serentiy getting married.
