Usagi  (Sailor Moon/Princess Selenity)- The reincarnation of Princess Selenity from the moon. She was in love with Prince Edymion from Earth. She was sent to Earth by her mother, Queen Selenity after the moon was attacked by Qween Mattillia's servant Queen Beryl. When Endymion was killed she stabbed herself to death with a sword. Her mother sent her to the future to reborn on Earth.  She was reborn as Usagi, a immature and flaky girl. . A talking cat named Luna gave her a magic locket to transform  into Sailor Moon.Usagi  discovered the other  Sailor Soldiers. She started to fall in love with Tuxedo Kamen, who was really Mamoru. Usagi developed into a true hero and matured greatly. She discovered that she was the reincarnated Selenity. Mamoru was actually Endymion's reincanation/ Selenity was able to bind Mattlia once again, with help from Endymion. She choose to pass up the chance to rule the Moon Kingdom, to be with her friends on Earth.  Usagi next faced the Black Moon Family from the future. She learned of her future as Neo Queen Selenity. Usagi also faced the Death Busters,  Dead Moon Cirus Family, and the Animates. She later married Prince Endymion and ruled the future city of Crystal Tyoko. She had a daughter named Usagi ( otherwise called Small Lady or Chibi-Usa). Who ended up going back in time to meet Neo Queen Selenity's past self. 

Mamoru (Tuxedo Kamen/Prince Edymion) - A prince from earth who was in love with Princess Selenity. He fought for her when the Dark Kingdom invaded the Moon. He was sent to be reborn in  the future on Earth by Queen Selenity, when he was killed by Beryl. At a young age he was orphaned and was all alone. Mamoru ( Endymion's earth name) grew up with strange dreams. In the dream a princess would tell him to find the Silver Crystal so they could be together. Mamoru searched for the Silver Crystal as Tuxedo Kamen. Mamoru soon meant  Usagi and began to fight along Sailor Moon. Mamoru and Usagi liked to insult each other in the beginning. But Mamoru soon learned that Usagi was Sailor Moon. He began to fall in love with her. When the Silver Crystal was finally revealed Mamoru was revealed to be Endymon's riencarnation.  Mamoru was fatally wounded and only kept alive by the energy of the crystal. He no longer had a sound. Beryl used Mattilla to turn  him into a worrier for the Dark Kingdom. Sailor Moon was able to heal Endymion and restore him to normal. Kunzite's spirit told Mamoru of Mattillia's weakeness.  Mamoru helped Usagi bind Mattllia. Mamoru continued to help Usagi against the Dead Moon Family. He discovered a new fighting attack and learned of his future as King Endymion. Mamoru went to study abroad once he finished high school. HIs star seed was stolen by the Animates before he could depart, leaving him dead. His star seed was restored after the final battle.  Mamoru finally married Neo Queen Selenity as King Endymion. Together they ruled Crystal Tokyo.  They  had a daughter named Usagi ( otherwise called Small Lady or Chibi-Usa). Who ended up going back in time to meet King Endymion's past self.

Chibi-Usa: The daughter of Neo Queen Selenity and King Endymion . Usagi was 900 years old. For some unknown reason she could not grow or demonstrate any power. The children of the futur made fun of her for this. Outside of her busy parents, her own real friend was Sailor Pluto.   She was often called Small Lady in this time. When the Black Moon Family decimated Crystal Tokyo, Small Lady  used Pluto's time key to joruney to the past. She hoped to get Sailor Moon's help. USagi  stayed with the older Usagi's family. To aviod confusion she was called Chibi-Usa.  She was a mystery to the Sailor Soldeirs, who protected her from the Black Moon Family.   She brought the Soldiers to the future. Usagi and Mamoru leanred that she was their future daughter.  Wiseman currupted Chibi-Usa and turned her into the adult Black Lady.  When Sailor Pluto sacrificed herself to stop time Chibi-Usa returned to normal. Saddened by her friend's death her Sailor Soldier powers finally awakened. She became Sailor Chibi Moon. She helped Usagi and Mamoru defeat the Death Phantom. She ended up returning to the past to train for her future as a Sailor Soldier.  Chibi-Usa made friends with Hotaru, who was really possessed by Mistress Nine. But also the latent form of Sailor Saturn. Hotaru died in the final battle but was reborn as a baby.   Chibi-Usa befriended Pegasus in her dreams. He was being chased by the Dead Moon Circus Family. When the crisis was everted she was forced to say good bye to her friend. Chibi-Usa returned to the future soon after, to continue her princess trainning. She became aware of mysterious changes going on tot ehj timeline. She learned of the conflict going on in the past. She wanted to go and help Sailor Moon.  Selenity finally relented and let her daughter help int he final battle against Galaxia. Chibi-Usa returned to the past with her protectors, the Sailor Quartet.  After the battle she was sent back to the future.

Sailor Chibi-Chibi- A very young soldier who as very mysteries.. She fsll out of the sky when she first met  Usagi , like Chibi-Usa did. In actually, she was the great Sailor Cosmos. She was the enemy to Sailor Chaos and Sailor Moon's final form int eh future. She grew disenchanted since she lost everyone she loved to Chaos.  She wanted Usagi to destory the galaxy cauldron so Chaos would be destoryed. But Usagi told her that this would also destory good. Cosmos realized her past self's wisdom and decided to return to the future to battle chaos.

Minako (Sailor Venus)- The worrier of Venus who gaurded the moon princess. When reborn on Earth she became Minako. She recieved her powers first from Artimes. She fought as Sailor V. Later she jioned up with the other inner senshi.  She was  thought to be the Moon Princess at first But she ended up being a red Herring. Sailor Moon was truly  the Moon Princess. Venus was actually the leader of ther Sailor Soldiers. She was later given a powerful sword, which she used to kill Beryl. 

Hino Rei (Sailor Mars)- The worrier of mars who was one of Princess Serenity's gaurdians. She was reborn on earth after the dark kingdom destroyed the Moon Kingdom. She was reborn as Hino Rei . She met Usagi and Ami when she was revealed to be Sailor Mars. She had the power of fire. Rei worked at her grandfather's temple and had a sixth sense to see evil.  Rei had no real interest in men romanitcally. Her father was a big time politician who negelcted her dying mother.  Her only real crush was her father' s assisitant.  Who ened up beign in love with someone else.  Rei was very soft spoken and a true friend to Usagi.  When she first became Sailor Mars she killed Jedite. 

Mizuno Ami(Sailor Mercury)- She was the gaurdian of the moon princess. She was reborn on Earth as  Mizuno Ami. She had the power of water. She was very smart. She transfered to Usagi's school. Luna thought she was a spy. During a battle she was revealed to be Sailor Mercury. With her new powers she jioned Sailor Moon in her fight against the Dark Kingdom.

Motoko (Sailor Jupiter)- Another gaurdian of the moon princeess on the moon. She was reborn as Motoko.   She had the power of thunder.  She was very strong and tough.  She was  orphaned at a young age when her parents were killed in a plane accident. She leived a long he rher apartment. She killed Zoycite when she was revealed as Sailor Jupiter.

Haruka (Sailor Uranus)- One of the Outer Senshi who gaurded the Solar System during the Silver Millenium. . She was reborn on earth as Haruka. Along with Sailor Neptune, she was searching for three Talismans that would sommon the Holy Grail,W hich needed to be given to the Messiah, in order to save the world from their enemy. She hated when the Inner Senshi ( Sailor Soldiers of the inner planets) got invoved in her bussiness. She was very strong and acted a lot like a guy. Neptune later explained that she had charactertics of both sexes. She shared a strong love with Sailor Neptune. She was friends with the Inner Senshi in their normal lives before they find out each others identities, She learned to respect Sailor Moon  and becomes very protective of her Uranus new mission became to protect the princess.

Michiru ( Sailor Neptune)- The worrier of the Neptune who gaurded the Solar System from invaders with the other Outer Senshi. She was reborn as Michiru. She had a strong frendship with Sailor Uranus. She was friends with the Inner Senshi before they know each others identies. She had to find the three Talismons' in order to give the Holy Grail to the Messiah. She was a talented artist who loved to paint. She later reconized Sailor Moon as the Messiah and her princess.  Michuru has a sixth sense similar to Rei in away.

Setsuna (Sailor Pluto)- A very secretive soldier who guarded the gateway of time. She was a good friend of Small Lady , the Princess of Crystal Tokyo. She had an attraction to the King but never acted on it due to her loyalty. She instead protected his daughter. Small Lady used her time key to go back in time when the Black Moon devastated Crystal Tokyo. When Prince Diamonde tried to merge the two silver crystals together she stopped time to provert the destruction of the universe. This broke the third taboo of time and led to her death.  Neo Queen Selenity sent ehr to the past to be reborn as Susanta. Susanta was a brilliant biology student during the Infinity arch.  She once again became Sailor Pluto to fight with Uranus and Neptune.  Her old memories came back to her. 

Hotaru( Sailor Saturn)- A powerful Sailor Soldier that was latent inside Chibi-Usa's friend Hotaru. She was a destructive soldier latent during the Silver Mellenium that was reborn in the future.  Once released Saturn  could destroy the whole Solar System .  She would die when using this power. She also could be reborn.  Hotaru was very sickly. At a young age she died in one of her father's experiments. She was given new life when her father made a deal with Pharaoh 90. Mistress Nine possessed her. Hotaru was rebuilt as a Cyborg Uranus and Neptune realized she was Sailor Saturn and prepared to kill her. Mistress Nine later emerged. Hotaru was able to overpower her and unleash Sailor Saturn. After Sailor Saturn died in the Inifnity Arch she was reborn. The Outer Soldiers decide to take care of baby Hotaru. She later  aged  rapidly in the Stars Arch  to jion the Outer Soldiers.  She regained her memories as well. 

Luna- The talking Cat advisor from the moon kingdom who was sent to be the gaurdain of the Moon Princess and the Inner Senshi, by Queen Selenity. She was in love with Artimse.

Artimse- Talking cat advisor from the moon who was sent to be Sailor Venus' gaurdian along with the other Inner Senshi, by Qween Selenity. He was in love with Luna.In the future he had a daughter named Diana. Artimese had a human form that was revealed during the Dream Arch.

Diana- Talking kitten from the future who was Luna's and Artimess' daughter in the future. Neo Queen Selenity gave her permission to go to the past to be with the Inner Senshi. She also had  a human form, that was revealed during the Dream Arch.

Helios (Pegasus) - Priest of Elysion ( Mamoru's old kingdom) and the land of dreams.   He befriended Chibi-Usa as Pegasus, in her dreams. When the Dead Moon was defeated he returned to Elysion.
