Usagi  (Sailor Moon/Princess Serenity)- The reincarnation of Princess Serenity from the moon. She was in love with Prince Edymion from Earth. She was sent to Earth by her mother, Queen Serenity after the moon was attacked by Qween Mattillia's servant Qween Beryl. She died in the battle but she was reborn on Earth. She became a cluz and a crybaby. A talking cat named Luna gave her a magic locket to trandsform her into Sailor Moon. Eventully she became the princess again and defeated Qween Beryl and Mattila with the help of the Sailor Soldiers. She later fought Ann and Allen, the Black Moon Family, The Death Busters, The Dead Moon, and the Animates. Through these battles she provef that she was a good person who woulf fight for her friends and family without sacrificing anyone. She later marrief Prince Edymion and ruled the future city of Crystal Tyoko. She had a daughter named Usagi ( otherwise called Small Lady or Chibi-Usa). Who ended up going back in time to meet Neo Queen Serenity's past self. 

Mamoru (Tuxedo Kamen/Prince Edymion) - A prince from earth who was in love with Princess Serenity. He fought for her when the Dark Kingdom invaded the Moon. He was sent to be reborn in  the future on Earth by Queen Serenity, when he was killed by Beryl. At a young age he was orphaned and was all alone. He met an alien named Fiore who was also alone. The alien couldn't stay long because he wasn't compatible with Earths atmosphere. Mamoru ( Edymion's earth name) grew up and met Usagi. At the same time he became Tuxedo MAsk to protect her when she became Sailor Moon. He was brianwashed by Queen Beryl upon learning of his past with the princess.. He was freed by Sailor Moon and helped her in the fight against Beryl. They renewed their love and in the future they ruleed Crystal Tokyo. They w  had a daughter named Usagi ( otherwise called Small Lady or Chibi-Usa). Who ended up going back in time to meet Neo Queen Serenity's past self.

Chibi-Usa: The daughter of Neo Qween Serenity and King Edymion .  When she touched the Silver Crystal, she  accidently absorbed it into her. The Dark Moon was able to attack and destroy Crystal Tokyo. Chibi-Usa went back to the past to find Sailor Moon and the Silver Crystal. She stayed with Usagi. She missed her parent's greatly. Her name was acutally Usagi but the Soldiers of the past called her Chibi-Usa to aviod confusion. In the future she was also known as Small Lady.  She brought the Soldiers to the future. Wiseman currupted her and turned her into the adult Black Lady. Sailor Moon was able to become Neo Queen Serienity and heal her future daughter. Chibi-Usa realized the crystal of the future was in her body all a long. She helped New Queen Sereinity destory the Death Phantom.  She went home to a restored Crystal Tokyo. She later came back as Sailor Chibi Moon, to train as a Sailor Soldier and meet new friends. Pluto later speculated that Neo Qween Serenity sent her to the past so she could have a normal childhood. Chibi-Usa made friends with Hotaru, who was really possessed by Mistress Nine. But also the latent form of Sailor Saturn. Mistress Nine used her pure heart cyrstal to be revivved. Hotaru overpowered Mistress Nine and unleashed Sailor Saturn.  Saturn gave Chibi-Usa her heart crystal back.  She was overjoyed to learn that Hotaru was reborn as a baby.  Chibi-Usa befriended Pegasus in her dreams. He was being chased by the Dead Moon Cicus Family. When the crisis was everted she was forced to say good bye to her friend. Chibi-Usa returned to the future after the final battle with Nehellina.

Sailor Chibi-Chibi- A very young soldier who as very mysteries.. She fsll out of the sky when she first met  Usagi , like Chibi-Usa did. In actually, she was formed from Sailor Galaxia's Starseed and had a mission to protect all Star Seeds.

Minako (Sailor Venus)- The worrier of Venus who gaurded the moon princess. When reborn on Earth she became Minako. She recieved her powers first from Artimes. She fought as Sailor V. Later she jioned up with the other inner senshi to save them from Zoycite and Kunzite. She became a loyal friend of Usagi's.  She could be ditzy like Usagi, but was also a brave Sailor Soldier. Minako dreamed of being an idol.

Hino Rei (Sailor Mars)- The worrier of mars who was one of Princess Serenity's gaurdians. She was reborn on earth after the dark kingdom destroyed the Moon Kingdom. She was reborn as Hino Rei . She met Usagi and Ami when she was revealed to be Sailor Mars. She had the power of fire. Usagi and Rei got in  a lot of heated arguments but became really close friends. Rei worked at her grandfather's temple and had a sixth sense to see evil.

Mizuno Ami(Sailor Mercury)- She was the gaurdian of the moon princess. She was reborn on Earth as  Mizuno Ami. She had the power of water. She was very smart. She transfered to Usagi's school. Luna thought she was a spy. During a battle she was revealed to be Sailor Mercury. With her new powers she jioned Sailor Moon in her fight against the Dark Kingdom.

Motoko (Sailor Jupiter)- Another gaurdian of the moon princeess on the moon. She was reborn as Motoko.   She had the power of thunder.  She was very strong and tough. She helped Usagi against bullies when they first meet. She was later revealed to be Sailor Jupiter and jioned the Sailor Soldiers. Motoko developed crushes on almost any guy she meant. She loved to cook. Often times she was conflicted between her toughness and desire to be more femine.

Haruka (Sailor Uranus)- One of the Outer Senshi who gaurded the Solar System during the Silver Millenium. . She was reborn on earth as Haruka. Along with Sailor Neptune, she was searching for three Talismans that would sommon the Holy Grail,W hich needed to be given to the Messiah, in order to save the world from their enemy. She hated when the Inner Senshi ( Sailor Soldiers of the inner planets) got invoved in her bussiness. She was very strong and acted a lot like a guy. She shared a strong love with Sailor Neptune. She was friends with the Inner Senshi in their normal lives before they find out each others identities, She learned to respect Sailor Moon  and becomes very protective of her.

Michiru ( Sailor Neptune)- The worrier of the Neptune who gaurded the Solar System from invaders with the other Outer Senshi. She was reborn as Michiru. She had a strong frendship with Sailor Uranus. She wa friends with the Inner Senshi before they know each others identies. She had to find the three Talismons' in order to give the Holy Grail to the Messiah. She was a talented artist who loved to paint. She later reconized Sailor Moon as the Messiah and her princess.  Michuru has a sixth sense similar to Rei in away.

Setsuna (Sailor Pluto)- A very secretive soldier who guards the gateway of time. She was a good friend of Chini-Usa and helped her go back in time to find the Silver Crystal during the Dark Moon Saga. Later she returned to help Urnaus and Neptune on their mission since it was hers also.  She stopped time during the final battle with the Death Busters. Due to this she was punished. She later returned with baby Hotaru to help protect Usagi.

Hotaru( Sailor Saturn)- A powerful Sailor Soldier that was latent inside Chibi-Usa's friend Hotaru. She was a destructive soldier latent during the Silver Mellenium that was reborn in the future.  Once released Saturned  could destroy the whole Solar System .  She would die when using this power. She also could be reborn.  Hotaru was very sickly. At a young age she died in one of her father's experiments. She was given new life when her father made a deal with Pharoh 90. Mistress Nine possessed her.  Uranus and Neptune realized she was Sailor Saturn and prepared to kill her. Mistress Nine later emerged. Hotaru was able to overpower her and unleash Sailor Saturn. After Sailor Saturn died in the S series she was reborn. She later  aged  rapidly in the Stars series to jion the Outer Soldiers.  She regained her memories as well. 

Luna- The talking Cat advisor from the moon kingdom who was sent to be the gaurdain of the Moon Princess and the Inner Senshi, by Queen Serenity. She was in love with Artimse.

Artimse- Talking cat advisor from the moon who was sent to be Sailor Venus' gaurdian along with the other Inner Senshi, by Qween Serenity. He was in love with Luna.

Diana- Talking kitten from the future who was Luna's and Artimess' daughter in the future. Neo Queen Serenity gave her permission to go to the past to be with the Inner Senshi.

Helios (Pegasus) - Guardian of Elysion ( Mamoru's old kingdom) and the land of dreams. When Queen Nelenia invaded his world, Helios was captured but was allowed to escape when he saw the light of Chibi-Usa's dream. He became Pegasus and went into her dreams.
